对国际辅警制度的考察与有效借鉴

摘要：
本文通过对海洋法系国家(地区)辅警制度的考察,对我国辅助警力队伍的形成现状进行了分析,指出借鉴的有效性在于保障辅警制度的规范化———法制化、市场化、辅助化和社会化。
Abstract：Based on the inspection of the assistant police system in the common law countries(regions),this article made an analysis of the current situation of the assistant police system in China and pointed out that it would be of certain reference to keep the standardization of this system to be more legalized,market-oriented,auxiliary,and socialized.
